Welcome to Handmadeaocreati. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and event decoration services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Handmadeaocreati provides event decoration and photo zone styling services including but not limited to full event decoration, floral installations, balloon design, fabric draping, lighting design, and custom decor projects for various events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, and styled shoots.

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Service descriptions on our website are for general information purposes and may be customized based on client requirements.

Bookings and Reservations

To secure our services for your event, you must provide complete and accurate booking information including event date, venue details, service requirements, and contact information.

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement and typically ranges from 30% to 50% of the total service fee.

The balance of payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the signed service agreement and deposit payment.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made 30 to 60 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total service fee.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total service fee.

Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Significant changes made less than 14 days before the event may not be possible.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring venue access for our team at agreed times for setup and breakdown.

You must obtain all necessary permissions from venue management for our installations and decorations.

You are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the requested decorations, including adequate ceiling height, wall attachment points, and electrical access where required.

Any damage to our equipment, decorations, or rental items caused by you, your guests, or venue staff will be charged to you at replacement cost.

Our Responsibilities

We will provide the services described in your service agreement in a professional and timely manner.

We will arrive at the agreed time for setup and complete installation before your event begins.

We will return to remove all decorations and equipment at the agreed time after your event concludes.

While we take great care in sourcing and installing decorations, we cannot guarantee that fresh florals will maintain perfect condition throughout your entire event due to environmental factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, venue access issues, or supplier failures.

We are not liable for damage to venue property unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, photographs, and creative materials produced by us remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.

We reserve the right to photograph our installations and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original designs without our written permission.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, or severe weather conditions.

In such circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a partial refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
